"The dress is elastic & stretchy in the upper body and very flowy through the skirt. The sleeves are elastic and can be worn up on the shoulders or off. The dress stays up without them being up; kind of like a tube top. It’s light and perfect for a hot Summer day. The material soft & the pattern is so cute. I love this dress. I wear size 18/20 & ordered the 1x - it fits very well. It’s a little snug in my chest but still comfortable."
